    Within one business day you'll receive the full PID and an explanation of the stand-still.

  2. Day 14

    Interim conversation

    Optional - we'll schedule a check-in to answer questions.

  3. Day 28

    Stand-still complete

    Statutory period has ended. You can now calmly decide whether we move forward.

  4. Day 30+

    Decision & contract

    If it's a go: sign the contract and start the onboarding programme.
