Working area: mid-sized city in NL
Worked at a Big-4 or mid-market firm, masters the craft and misses the direct client relationship. Wants their own venture without starting from scratch.
Match criteria
- Wants to go independent without starting from zero
- Strong subject-matter foundation already in place
- Needs structure + a commercial platform
- Not afraid of sales conversations
Tax advisor
Specialist who wants to go broader - from tax to full partner.
Working area: region with strong SME density
Has worked for years as an independent tax advisor or at an advisory firm. Wants to expand the practice into full administration + DGA advice and thereby raise average client value.
Match criteria
- Wants to broaden the service offering without building everything alone
- Already has a network of potential clients
- Affinity for process design and automation
- Willing to invest 3 months in onboarding
SME advisor
Advisor who wants to build, not chase one-off projects.
Working area: municipality or province
Has advised SMEs for years on a project basis. Wants to move from projects to recurring revenue with stable client relationships and an own team. Looking for a brand and infrastructure to scale quickly.
Match criteria
- Wants to move from projects to recurring revenue
- Strong commercial skills
- Little or no technical-tax background? OK - we'll train you
- Ready to hire an office team within 12 months
